Day1: Siem Reap to Preah Vihear. 156k.
Nice easy riding through the countryside to the Unesco World heritage site of Prasat Koh Ker.
This is a wonderful temple complex and a must see. After lunch we head to the town of Preah Vihear.

Day2: Preah Vihear to Preah Rumkel ( a small village on the Mekong River over looking the Laos border). 146k.
Lunch is on the Mighty Mekong river followed by an afternoon boat ride along the Cambodian/Laos border.

Day3: Preah Rumkel to Laos. 55k. Fantastic start to the day, loading the bikes onto a local Ferry to cross the Mekong and after a short ride we go through immigration to Laos. Another short ride and another ferry crossing to the beautiful 4000 islands. We stay the night on the Island of Don Khon, mix with the locals and have local Laos cuisine.

Day4: Don Det to Attapau. 205k.
We catch the ferry back across the Mekong and after a short ride through the local village we ride the main road to the Attapau turn off and hit the dirt. It’s a big ride today following the Laos/Cambodia border as we make our way east towards the Vietnamese border town of Attapau ( very few tourists here).

Day5: Attapau to Salavan. 168k.
After breakfast our ride takes us through small villages and a visit to the beautiful Tad Faek waterfall.
After lunch we cross the Bolven Plateau with its many farming communities and wonderful landscapes.
We stay the night in Salavan, a very non tourist town.

Day6: Salavan to Tad Fane. 104k.
Today we cross another section of the Bolven Plateau and make our way to our accommodation with a wonderful swimming pool and awesome views across the Plateau.

Day7: Tad Pane to Champasak. 148k
After breakfast we take a casual 15 minute ride to the Tad Pane waterfall. This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in SEA.
On offer is a fantastic Zip Line across the waterfalls, this is a must do experience.
We leave the Bolven Plateau and make our way down to the Mekong for a ferry crossing to Champasak.
After lunch we are off road for a ride around Champasak mountain.
Our accommodation is on the Mekong.

Day8: Champasak (rest Day).
This is a good opportunity to visit the 5th to 11 & 13th century Vat Phou temples overlooking the Mekong River.
A lazy day exploring the small villages is always so much fun (by foot 😊).

Day9: Champasak to Don Khong Island. 105k.
This is one of our all time favourite rides. This is mainly an off road ride. We stay as close as possible to the edge of the Mekong. They is so much to see and the locals are all so friendly and surprised to see us as very few tourists venture down the western side of the Mekong.
Our accommodation is again on the edge of the Mekong with a refreshing swimming pool after a long days riding. Dinner on the Mekong.

Day10: Don Khong to Stung Treng. 105k.
We leave the 4000 islands this morning but not before a couple of ferry rides and a circumnavigation of the beautiful and isolated Don Som island. After lunch we cross the Cambodia/Laos border and head to Stung Treng.

Day11: Stung Treng to Koh Ker. 196k
Our ride today is long but interesting as we pass many rural villages and small towns. Once again we stay in accommodation in a small village that is rarely visited by tourists.

Day12: Koh Ker to Siem Reap 100k
After breakfast we have an easy ride back to Siem Reap with plenty of time in the afternoon for exploring SR or taking a flight out in the evening.
