PHILIPPINES ITINERARY (10 DAYS)
- Fly into Pangalao Airport from Manila.
- Transfer to Hotel/Resort
- Evening get together and ride briefing.
DAY 1
We head out along the first of many coastal roads to the small fishing of Tubod Monte. After lunch is a mountain ride into the mountains through farming villages and back to the coast, staying at a beach side resort for the night.
DAY 2
After breakfast a ride along the coast road to PangPang. This is a great ride and lots of opportunities for photos with the scenery. We continue to Getafe to catch the afternoon ferry to Cebu City which is always hustle bustle. Staying in the city the night gives an opportunity to witness some Cebu City nightlife.
DAY 3
Heading out of Cebu City we cross the mountains to the west coast and then back again to the East coast. This ride is famous for its twists and turn with of course amazing views. Our destination is Maya on the northern tip of Cebu. We catch an outrigger to one of the most beautiful islands in the Phillipines, Malapascua.
DAY 4
This is a rest day but with lots to do. Malapascua is famous for its basking sharks and great diving. Just exploring the island is a lot of fun.
DAY 5
The outrigger takes us back across to Cebu followed by a ride all the way down the west coast to the town of Moal Boal, also famous for its diving opportunities. (Waterfalls)
DAY 6
Our morning ride takes us to Liloan and our ferry to Dumaguete. After disembarking we head for the hills to the beautiful lake Balinsasayao and the scenery on our ride is fantastic. Our accommodation for the night is with an Aussie friend and his Philipino family that has a really nice small resort with outstanding views.
DAY 7
We ride up through the hills of southern Negros Oriental. This is a great area to do some exploring prior to arriving back in Dumaguete. After lunch our ferry takes us to Siquijor island to enjoy this lovely island.
DAY 8
Some exploring today on our bikes to the top of the island for spectacular scenery and a visit to Cambugahay falls.
DAY 9
Ferry back to Liloan and a fantastic coast ride all the way to Cebu City for our final night celebrations.
DAY 10
Easy day with a ferry crossing back to Bohol and ride to drop off the bikes followed by transport to Panglao.
Approximate cost
$4,500 per person including, Bike, fuel, accommodation, ferry crossings, soft drinks and water, breakfast and lunch. Dinner is not included in this cost. Alcohol not included.
